A blog is a free, simple, easy to create website that enables collaboration and contribution from the learners. This workshop will showcase how schools are using blogs to provide a real audience for the work and activities undertaken by their learners. A blog can be about anything you like – the point of a blog is that it is added to by its users. How about getting your pupils to create their own? This workshop, led by Yvonne Walker, Primary ICT Consultant with contributions from local schools, will use a secure educational blogging site to look at the implications for schools.
