Our story begins when North East Lincolnshire Council achieved a place in the Government’s Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme in December 2006. The BSF programme is all about reforming secondary education provision and reshaping schools for the future. As part of the consultation process the first conference took place at the Grimsby Institute in February 2007. This was followed by A Curriculum for 21st Century Learners in January 2008.
